The Professional Resource Development Program (PRDP) is an exciting new benefit available exclusively to AREW members. The program's purpose is fostering long term relationships between a Mentor and a Protégé providing an avenue that will encourage mutual professional growth. Mentors and Protégés will share ideas, experiences, and best business practices ultimately enhancing each others’ skill sets and establishing a trusted support system.
A Mentor must have at least 5 years of experience and a desire to "give back." The Mentor must be willing to act as a trusted counselor or teacher to someone less experienced in the real estate industry. Conversely, a Protégé has less than 5 years experience and commits to work with a Mentor to guide their professional growth. All participants must commit 2 to 3 hours a month to the Mentor relationship.
If you are interested in participating in the PRDP, please download and complete the application questionnaire and return it together with any additional references or materials to AREW, 1201 Wakarusa Drive, Suite C3, Lawrence, KS 66049 (Adobe Acrobat Reader required to view form.)
